Cochin International Airport (CIAL), one of India’s busiest airports, undertook a major initiative to modernise its parking operations with Parkin, a leading technology provider, the airport implemented a hybrid FASTag and ANPR-based Parking Management System to ensure faster, smarter, and more efficient vehicle handling.
The system’s deployment involved close coordination between Parkin and airport authorities to integrate the solution with existing infrastructure. Key installations included FASTag readers, ANPR cameras, boom barriers, and LED displays at entry and exit points, along with payment gateway integration and a user-friendly interface for seamless transactions.
